Dray Carson
As Senior Vice President of BlüFinancialNetwork, Dray Carson has
clearly earned her rise to executive leadership. She has worked in the investment
business for almost a decade and has been mentored by senior level management in
every position she has had. She has received awards for four consecutive years as
top sales performer. With an uncanny ability to adapt quickly, she has been involved
in a several start ups and several large corporations. All of this experience has
created a rising star in corporate America.
Dray has been training people in her field on systems protocol, compliance and sales
for a number of years. She has spoken to a number of women’s groups and finds
great satisfaction in consulting. Her keen attention to detail and her expressive
personality make her a delight to work with. She is ferocious in her allegiance
to the well being of clients which contributes to unswerving commitment of Blü
to provide the best for it’s customers.
International investing has been one of Dray's passions for years and has been demonstrated
in her involvement in raising millions of dollars for many projects internationally.
She has become a recognized
expert in the field and recently has been consulting on new projects in the Caribbean.
When taking a break from Blü she enjoys poetry, traveling, and music.
You can find Dray in the gym often as she finds time to compete in national fitness
competitions. Dray has an amazing way of making you feel great and for that we are

Dustin Deutsch
As Vice President at BlüFinancialNetwork, Dustin has been instrumental in helping
create a culture of creativity, innovation, and energy that has taken BLU on the
fast track to becoming a company that sets itself apart in an industry where most
companies look the same. His focus on educating clients while serving their investment
needs has put him in the top tier of Financial Advisors.
Dustin's six year career in the financial industry has given him knowledge and experience
in many financial sectors, including planning, securities products, insurance products,
mortgage origination, and real estate. This experience has given him the ability
to develop strategies for his clients that create a well rounded, suitable, yet
innovative investment portfolio.
In addition to working with clients, Dustin was co-host of the groundbreaking radio
show "THE BLOCK", which broke the mold on how people think about investing. The
hour long program focused on the integration of the time tested planning process
with innovative strategies and products to create a new standard of investing.

Jeri League
Having climbed the corporate ladder and run the entrepreneurial gauntlet, as a Vice President at Blu Financial Network Jeri League
is wonderfully equipped for her leadership role with Blu. With over 8 years of experience in business management and real estate, Jeri has all the tools for success.
Jeri was brought on board three different start-up companies to establish the sales and marketing protocols. She ultimately
became responsible for the establishing of accounts nationwide for those companies. Her legacy remains with those companies as
they all are now active multi – million dollar companies.
Jeri’s talents are not limited to training, as she very successfully has managed several real estate sales organizations and
on a number of occasions has earned personal sales awards for top performance with her previous companies. With over 30 million
dollars in real estate sales the numbers speak for themselves.
Yet with all of that – we are most thankful for Jeri because of her insatiable appetite to excel in human development. It
gives her the ability to see herself and those around her as greater than what the current circumstance may present. This
dream big mentality is one of the core values of Blu Financial Network – that which I can’t achieve on my own – we can
definitely achieve together.
When Jeri isn’t stretching all of us at Blu she is busy traveling and experiencing other cultures of the world. She has a
passion for raising money for grassroots non–profit organizations both locally and globally as in manifested by her recent
nomination as one of AZ's Finest with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. It is an award given to young, single entrepreneurs
who are very civic-minded.

Gus Renny
When looking for someone who embodies determination, humility, and service – you don't need to look any further than Gus Renny. As Vice President of Blu Financial Network and director of our east coast operations, Mr. Renny has worked arduously for his success.
In 1994 he moved to Florida at the ambitious age of 17 where he immediately became in charge of a 4 million dollar renovation of the South Beach Century Hotel. From there – it was full steam ahead with no turning back. Gus has been involved in spec home building, the opening of numerous upscale night clubs and restaurants across the S. Florida coast and 5 years ago moved into the financial business.
GR Investment Group was founded in 2004 following that Americo Mortgage Funding and Americo Realty & Investment were both acquired in 2005. Gus has proven his ability to get his own companies up and running. It is a privilege for Blu Financial to have his services and his impact has been instantaneous. In the simplest sense – Gus Renny loves helping people. A master of meeting and putting people together – he is well connected with people of all walks of life and when you meet him – you will be glad to say you know him – because he always has your best interest at heart.
